Support from children for sponsored climb

On Wednesday, supported enthusiastically by our church school, members of our congregation and the parish, I did manage to climb to the top of the church and bless the cross, the repair work and the parish.  I must admit, I found the last ladder really challenging as I don’t like heights nor ladders but hearing the children call out my name was so encouraging and they kept it up until I arrived on top.  

I’ve raised over £1,020 for the church. So a big thank you to to everyone who sponsored me and to all who supported me.
